Fixed costs
- All prices include heating, water and electricity
- Cleaning: 35 EUR/stay (see remark)
- Deposit: 100 EUR
- Extra (on demand): sheets and towels (10 EUR/person), breakfast (12,5 EUR/person)
- No pets allowed
Terms of settlement and deposit
- Upon reservation you pay 25% of the total amount for your stay + 100 EUR deposit
- Not later than 2 weeks before your arrival, you pay the balance of 75%
- The deposit sum will be returned to you at the end of your stay, if the final check-up of the accommodation reveals it is clean and there are no damages
- If you cancel your reservation, the deposit will be returned to you. The advance payment (25% until 2 weeks before your stay, 100% if less than 2 weeks before your stay) remains acquired as a cancellation recompense for the proprietors
Guest Rooms : Bed & Breakfast
- Rooms in "Het Zuiderhuis" or "De Waterput" depending on availability
- English breakfast, sheets, towels and cleaning included
Per night : 30 euro children minus 12 y 75 euro per person, per room 120 euro 2 persons, same room
